We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. They were always helpful and attentive, offering us great advice on transportation and local attractions. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day. We were pleased with our choice to stay at this hotel.

However, the people at the hotel made up for the issues I experienced. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist me. I appreciated the taxi service that was available whenever I needed it. the staff members were quick to offer great advice for any questions I had. Despite the room being cramped, they made every effort to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay.

My xmas stay left me feeling disappointed in several aspects. the room I stayed in was incredibly cramped and windowless.

The staff were fantastic, helpful, kind, and always ready to assist. Taxi service was reliable, and their general advice was valuable. They truly went above and beyond for us!

The people who work here are amazing! They are so friendly and helpful that they made our city break so much better. We loved how they always had good advice about the area, and the taxi service was super convenient too. Plus, the location was great - we were close to all the Chinatown action!

Our room was a bit cramped - there weren't any windows so it felt a bit claustrophobic. But, honestly, it wasn't a big deal because the room was really affordable, so we were happy to overlook that.
